Responsibilities:
- Analyze project requirements from photos, measurements, and blueprints to create accurate cost estimates
- Utilize Contractor Foreman CRM and Company Cam to manage project information and documentation
- Review and interpret leads from platforms such as Home Depot Pro Referral and Building Connected
- Collaborate with the team to ensure estimates align with project scopes and company standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of material costs and labor rates in the construction industry
- Create estimates for a variety of projects including kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring installations, landscaping, and hardscape (patios and walls)
- Locate and build relationships with subcontractors to complete the projects
- Prepare detailed bid requests for subcontractors
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in residential remodeling
- Proficiency with Contractor Foreman CRM, Company Cam, and 3D software for estimating spaces
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with lead generation platforms like Home Depot Pro Referral and Building Connected
