Schedule: Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK Time

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from landlords and property managers, providing clear and accurate information about available compliance services.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce health and safety certifications and additional trade services, such as plumbing, electrical, and cleaning.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable services to ensure rental property compliance and safety.
• Process bookings, update customer records, and ensure all information is accurately logged in the system.
• Follow up on pending quotes, incomplete bookings, and customer concerns to support successful sales conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and timely service delivery.
• Maintain strong knowledge of compliance requirements and service offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and strong customer relationships.
• Meet individual and team sales targets while supporting ongoing business growth.
• Share customer insights and feedback to help improve processes and service offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain services clearly to landlords and property managers.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable services confidently.
• Good attention to detail with experience updating records, processing bookings, and using CRM or booking systems.
• Strong follow-up skills to manage quotes, bookings, and customer concerns.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Knowledge of property compliance or willingness to learn compliance and trade service requirements.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and encourage repeat business.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Proactive in sharing customer feedback and supporting process improvements.
