B2B Sales Development Representative

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week); standard business hours 9 AM – 6 PM

They provide end-to-end business development services across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Australia, working exclusively with software companies looking to scale internationally. The team of 15 operates with a modern remote-first approach, combining Singapore-based leadership with distributed talent across Asia and Europe.

Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in driving international expansion for cutting-edge software companies entering the Asian market. As an SDR, you’ll own the front end of the sales pipeline, identifying and engaging key decision makers across diverse markets while working with an experienced business development team. This is an opportunity to directly impact client success in meaningful expansion projects, with the autonomy to manage your own pipeline and contribute to strategic market entry initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive contact mapping to identify key decision makers and stakeholders in target markets
  • Execute strategic cold calling campaigns to prospects across assigned geographic regions
  • Develop and manage email outreach sequences to generate qualified leads
  • Maintain and update lead tracking systems using Google Sheets and CRM tools
  • Perform LinkedIn outreach and social selling activities to build prospect relationships
  • Coordinate with business development team on lead qualification and smooth handoffs
  • Focus initially on one specific client market to build deep familiarity with service offerings
  • Support market research and prospecting activities for international expansion projects

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of B2B sales development representative experience, preferably in software industry
  • Excellent English communication skills with clear accent for phone-based outreach
  • Proven experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling techniques
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, lead management tools, and data enrichment platforms
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, international environment
  • Experience with contact mapping and prospect research methodologies
  • Bonus if you have experience with Aircall, Apollo, or similar sales technology stack
  • It helps if you have previous exposure to Asian markets or cross-cultural business development
