9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sydney time (or 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila time)
With 1 hour unpaid break in between

Our client is seeking a hands-on Ecommerce Specialist to support product management and merchandising across multiple online stores. The successful candidate will focus on online product preparation, content management, and supporting campaigns and product launches. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
Learn and execute site merchandising, including product uploads, image preparation, and catalogue management using Shopify and SearchSpring
Copy and adjust content for international markets using Shopify and Accentuate
Learn the process for copying, checking, and executing email campaigns via Klaviyo
Support campaigns and product launches by preparing product uploads, tagging items, and adjusting or cropping assets
Assist with ongoing site optimization, including collections, navigation, and search functionality
Maintain a high level of attention to detail across product listings, campaigns, and communications
Follow video-guided processes for training and execution (prior experience preferred but not required)

Requirements: 
Experience or familiarity with Shopify, SearchSpring, Klaviyo, or similar platforms (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes accurately
Competent in Excel for product and data management (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic formulas)
Comfortable making minor HTML/CSS adjustments for site updates
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and workflows
