- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
- Knowledge in MailChimp and Constant Contact
- Strong writing skills with an ability to craft persuasive, on-brand copy.
- Proven track record running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing performance metrics and turning insights into action.
