As a Technical Recruiter , you’ll play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and assessing software engineers, developers, and IT professionals. You won’t just review resumes—you’ll conduct pair programming challenges and evaluate real-world coding skills to ensure companies hire only the best.

- You have coding experience and can confidently conduct pair programming challenges
- You have proven experience in technical recruitment, with a strong understanding of software development, IT, and engineering roles
- You have excellent communication skills, particularly in English, both written and verbal
- You can efficiently assess technical skills, ensuring candidates meet high engineering standards
- You can hit hiring targets without compromising quality
- You’re comfortable working as an independent contractor (handling your own taxes & benefits)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier software engineers, developers, and IT specialists
- Conducting pair programming challenges to evaluate candidates’ real-world coding skills
- Performing technical assessments to ensure candidates write clean, efficient code
- Leading pre-screening interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment
- Collaborating with hiring managers and tech leads to understand role requirements and build talent pipelines
- Managing candidate communication, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process
- Reporting directly to hiring managers, providing updates on recruitment progress
Work Setup & Culture:
- Professional Fee: $600 – $900
- Work from Home
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM UTC
