Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services and increase brand awareness
  • Conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Create visually appealing graphics, presentations, and videos to support marketing initiatives
  • Assist in maintaining databases and tracking marketing performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Conduct business research(mainly about grants) as necessary
  • Create visually appealing slide presentations
  • General admin tasks as needed by the client

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
