Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services and increase brand awareness
- Conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Create visually appealing graphics, presentations, and videos to support marketing initiatives
- Assist in maintaining databases and tracking marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Conduct business research(mainly about grants) as necessary
- Create visually appealing slide presentations
- General admin tasks as needed by the client
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
