What We’re Looking For:

Recruitment Mastery: At least 5 years of experience hiring for various roles.
Leadership Experience: At least 1-2 years of recent leadership experience in HR or related fields.
Exceptional Communication: Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
Full Commitment: This is your sole recruitment and HR job—we need a dedicated leader.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Coach recruiters in interviewing and vetting to find the best candidates for the job
Spot problems, provide timely solutions, and escalate to the Recruitment manager when necessary
Clearly understand jobs, ask critical questions that promote understanding of job requisitions
Ability to write clear and accurate job descriptions when a job needs to be refined
Develop recruiter mastery of processes and time management so they can hit their targets

Contract Type: Independent Contractor (BYOD – Bring Your Own Device)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Manila Time
