What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-driven individual who excels in workforce management. You might be a great fit if:
- Experience with workforce management software (e.g., Workday, Kronos, SAP).
- Background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a BPO or corporate setting is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Google Looker, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and workforce management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, or payroll processing is a plus.
- A high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive staff information.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining and updating staff schedules, shift rosters, and attendance records
- Monitoring workforce data, tracking productivity, and generating reports for management
- Assisting in leave management, timekeeping, and payroll processing support
- Coordinating workforce-related communications, including adherence, productivity monitoring, and notifications
- Collaborating on enhancing existing trackers and processes to improve client support
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Handling general administrative tasks such as organizing files, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and compliance requirements

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Manila Time)
