As a key player in our recruitment team, you will leverage online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify and engage top-tier candidates. Additionally, you’ll promote BruntWork’s reputation as a leading provider of work-from-home opportunities.
Job Highlights
- Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM MNL
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection.
- You will be responsible for handling taxes and benefits independently.
- The professional rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage passive candidates from diverse talent pools using online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, effectively promoting the BruntWork brand and showcasing career opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Talent Mapping: Develop and maintain pipelines of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for various industries and niche roles (e.g., virtual healthcare assistants, developers, accountants, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRMs, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates, team members, and leaders.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- High integrity and discretion in managing confidential information.
- Familiarity with talent analytics is a plus.
- Flexibility with work schedules and punctuality.
