BruntWork is seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our high-performing team. This is a permanent work-from-home position under an independent contractor agreement. We are looking for a dedicated professional from Colombia or the Philippines with a strong command of English, ready to make this role their top priority.
Job Highlights
- Professional Fee: Competitive (performance-based incentives/bonuses included)
- Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- For Colombians: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM COT
- For Filipinos: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM MNL
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection.
- You will be responsible for handling taxes and benefits independently.
- The professional rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing and hiring of candidates who meet job requirements.
- Ensure clear commitments from candidates regarding working with our clients.
- Follow BruntWork’s recruitment and hiring processes with diligence.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is an advantage.
