Job Highlights
- Professional Fee: Php 30,000 – 35,000
- Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, this role requires flexibility to work one of the following shifts, based on business needs:
- Shift 1: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (MNL)
- Shift 2: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (MNL)
- Shift 3: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (MNL)
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection.
- You will be responsible for handling taxes and benefits independently.

Responsibilities
Onboarding
- Monitor the Onboarding Pipeline to ensure a seamless transition at every stage.
- Ensure staff have a clear understanding of contract terms at the start of each assignment.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team on the staff’s first day.
- Support the onboarding team as needed.
Operations
- Conduct first and third-month discussions with staff, providing support as necessary.
- Document and address staff concerns promptly and accurately.
- Respond to staff queries through the Staff Services Helpdesk.
- Monitor, review, and approve staff time logs for each assignment.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to maintain the quality of service delivery.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay informed on voluntary benefits available to independent contractors.
Offboarding
- Conduct offboarding discussions to ensure proper notification.
- Guide staff through the offboarding process and coordinate with the offboarding team.
- Assist with post-offboarding concerns.
Other or Special Tasks
- Assist in preparing and monitoring client-requested reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in remote staff management, operations, or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive staff issues with professionalism and care
- Technical proficiency in workflow management tools and systems
