Key Responsibilities
Seamless Onboarding
- Monitor the Onboarding Pipeline to ensure smooth transitions at every stage.
- Guide staff on contract terms for clarity from day one.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team on the staff’s first day.
- Provide support to the onboarding team as needed.
Operational Excellence
- Conduct first and third-month discussions with staff, offering necessary support.
- Address and document staff concerns professionally and promptly.
- Respond to staff queries through the Staff Services Helpdesk.
- Monitor, review, and approve staff time logs for each assignment.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to maintain service quality.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay informed on voluntary benefits available to independent contractors.
Effective Offboarding
- Lead offboarding discussions and ensure proper notification.
- Guide staff through the offboarding process and coordinate with the offboarding team.
- Assist with post-offboarding concerns as needed.
Reports & Special Tasks
- Assist in preparing and monitoring client-requested reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in remote staff management, operations, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive staff issues with professionalism and care.
- Technical proficiency in workflow management tools and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Work Setup & Perks
Professional Fee: approximately Php 30,000 – 35,000 (dependent on application performance)
Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work one of the following shifts based on business needs:
- Shift 1: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (MNL)
- Shift 2: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (MNL)
- Shift 3: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (MNL)
Work Arrangement: 100% Work from Home
Contract Type: Independent Contractor
