Job Highlights
- Professional Fee: $2,500
- Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. time zones)

Responsibilities
- Sales Excellence: Drive revenue by promoting and closing deals for our outsourcing services. Maintain strong performance in B2B, B2C, and enterprise-level sales.
- Client Engagement: Build lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- CRM Mastery: Utilize HubSpot and Zoho to manage client interactions and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Responsive Communication: Ensure timely responses to clients to maximize deal potential and maintain momentum.
- Multitasking: Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, from client communication to pipeline management.
- Bonus: Recruitment Experience — Experience in recruitment is a plus, helping align client needs with top talent.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven success in B2B, B2C, or enterprise sales.
- Strong recruitment background with measurable achievements in talent acquisition or staffing.
- Near-native English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRMs, or recruitment platforms is a plus.
