We’re not just looking for someone to schedule calls. We’re hiring a Remote Talent Solutions Coordinator—someone who can run the show. If you’ve got the smarts, judgment, and initiative to manage interviews like a pro (without hand-holding), this role might be for you.
You’ll host Zoom calls with confidence, spot gaps before they become issues, and keep both clients and candidates perfectly in sync. In this remote role, you’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes—aligning calendars, smoothing out kinks, updating systems, and guiding everyone from kickoff to contract. Interviews are your stage, and you’re here to run the performance—start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if:
- You’ve got 4+ years of experience in interview coordination, recruitment, or client-facing roles
- Zoom is second nature to you, and you’re confident facilitating online meetings
- You know your way around ATS and CRMs
- You’re a clear communicator who can talk to anyone
- You’re organized, deadline-oriented, and unafraid of juggling priorities
- You’re a problem-solver who can think on your feet
- Confidentiality is second nature to you—you know when to speak and when to keep things on lock
What You’ll Be Doing
- Scheduling interviews by bridging the calendars of our clients and recruitment team
- Hosting interviews via Zoom—tech setup, smooth flow, confident presence
- Helping clients craft meaningful interview questions based on their hiring needs
- Logging every update (new requirements, shifting schedules, task changes) in the ATS so offers go out with the right details
- Giving clients and candidates post-interview feedback when needed
- Supporting clients in shortlisting and final selection decisions
- Managing the contract signing process and ensuring everyone’s aligned on the offer
- Keeping accurate records of each step in the hiring process
- Finding ways to improve the flow, enhance client satisfaction, and speed things up without missing a beat
- Collaborating with your teammates at BruntWork to push things forward
Work Setup
- 🏡 Fully Remote, Independent Contractor arrangement
- 🕙 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PH Time (equivalent to 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST)
