Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through phone and video screenings.
Client Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Understand hiring needs and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate client interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
Process Management & Optimization
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track key recruitment metrics and gather industry insights to refine strategies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Work Setup & Perks
- Set-up: Remote work.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Mid Shift (3 PM to 12 AM MNL) with flexibility to extend up to 4 AM for scheduled client interviews.
