SEO Specialist (Webflow & WordPress)
Job Overview:
Our client is looking for an SEO Specialist with at least 5 years of SEO experience who will own the entire SEO function for a web design agency's client portfolio. This role requires you to work independently, managing SEO campaigns from strategy through execution without day-to-day oversight. You will be the go-to expert delivering results that directly impact client satisfaction and business growth. Your work will include technical SEO, link building, and ongoing optimization to improve domain authority and search rankings for multiple websites across various industries.
Client Overview:

They specialize in creating high-quality websites and are now expanding their service offerings to include comprehensive SEO solutions for their customer base. Schedule:
Australian Eastern Standard Time, Part-Time ( 20 hours per week ), flexible during client business hours
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple client websites simultaneously
- Create quality backlinks and improve domain authority for client sites
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements on Webflow and WordPress platforms
- Monitor and report on search rankings and organic traffic performance
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance client website visibility
- Manage SEO projects independently with minimal supervision
- Communicate results and progress directly to stakeholders
- Scale SEO services as the client portfolio grows
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven SEO experience with verifiable track record
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, link building, and domain authority improvement
- Hands-on experience with Webflow and WordPress platforms
- Demonstrable results from previous SEO campaigns and client work
- Ability to work independently without requiring training or close management
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-SEO stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing successful SEO projects and measurable outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bonus if you have experience working with web design and development agencies
- It helps if you have managed SEO for multiple clients simultaneously
