We are growing fast and urgently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Full-Time Bilingual Payroll and Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team as soon as possible.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (US Pacific Time, 40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do:

As our Payroll and Bookkeeping Specialist, you will manage day-to-day financial transactions and play a critical role in keeping our clients’ financial health on track.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Process payroll efficiently (experience with ADP is a major plus).
• Communicate seamlessly with a diverse client base in both English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with our finance team to deliver clear, actionable financial data to clients.

What We Are Looking For:

• Software Savvy: Proven, hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Payroll Experience: Experience with ADP Payroll is highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) to support our diverse clientele.
• Sharp Skills: Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities. You know how to prioritize and keep things running smoothly.
• Availability: Ready to start immediately.
