We’re looking for a driven  B2B Cold Caller & Appointment Setter (UK Market)  to join a high-performing sales team focused on the UK market. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging mid-market and large corporate businesses, identifying real business opportunities, and opening doors for meaningful sales conversations.

• Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK Time

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to mid-market and large corporate businesses in the UK.
• Qualify prospective clients and identify business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments in the CRM.
• Follow approved call scripts and messaging while adapting to client conversations.
• Build rapport with decision-makers and gatekeepers.
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
• Strong verbal communication skills with clear and professional English suitable for client-facing conversations.
• Previous experience calling businesses in the UK market is required.
• Experience engaging with mid-market and large corporate organizations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with senior decision-makers and executives.
• Strong lead qualification and objection-handling skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
