B2B Growth Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Email Marketing)

Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and performance-focused B2B Growth Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Email Marketing) to help drive business growth through strategic digital marketing and lead generation initiatives. This role is well-suited for an individual who enjoys leveraging paid advertising, prospect research, and outreach campaigns to generate and nurture new business opportunities.

The selected candidate will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, identify and qualify prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and execute targeted email marketing efforts to engage potential clients. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while making a meaningful contribution to the firm's business development objectives.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, part-time | Flexible but with availability required for meeting overlap once or twice per week | PST

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Conduct keyword research, ad creation, and budget optimization
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and prospect potential clients
  • Create and maintain targeted outreach lists
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, sequences, and follow-up workflows
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting
  • Refine outreach strategies to improve response rates and lead conversion
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals
  • Track key marketing metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B prospecting
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and outreach automation
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Comfortable collaborating across different time zones
