Inbound Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

Our client is looking for an Inbound Logistics Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, handle delivery scheduling, and support business growth through outbound outreach. This role offers an opportunity for upskilling into digital content creation and expanding responsibilities under the direct guidance of the General Manager.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM CST, with occasional Saturday coverage (30 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional phone experience
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery calendar for drivers, planning efficient routes and scheduling appointments
  • Conduct outbound cold calls targeting construction, renovation, and restoration companies to generate new business
  • Track and manage customer interactions, follow-ups, and appointments within the CRM
  • Support digital content creation efforts during downtime to strengthen brand presence
  • Provide Saturday coverage as needed to ensure consistent customer service availability
  • Paid training provided on company-specific processes and systems

  • Reporting directly to the General Manager

Requirements

  • Prior experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or delivery scheduling
  • Professional English communication skills for international business calls.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Aircall, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle customer objections and deliver outstanding service over the phone
