Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to support landlords and property managers with property compliance services. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, conduct outbound calls to introduce compliance and trade services, process bookings, and maintain accurate records in the system. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to recommend suitable services while meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (UK Time), with a 1-hour break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries from landlords and property managers, providing clear and accurate information about available compliance services.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce health and safety certifications and additional trade services, such as plumbing, electrical, and cleaning.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable services to ensure rental property compliance and safety.
- Process bookings, update customer records, and ensure all information is accurately logged in the system.
- Follow up on pending quotes, incomplete bookings, and customer concerns to support successful sales conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and timely service delivery.
- Maintain strong knowledge of compliance requirements and service offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and strong customer relationships.
- Meet individual and team sales targets while supporting ongoing business growth.
- Share customer insights and feedback to help improve processes and service offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain services clearly to landlords and property managers.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Knowledge of property compliance or willingness to learn compliance and trade service requirements.
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable services confidently.
- Good attention to detail with experience updating records, processing bookings, and using CRM or booking systems.
- Strong follow-up skills to manage quotes, bookings, and customer concerns.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
