Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 30 minutes unpaid break (30 work hours per week) 

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate marketing activity plans using Monday.com, ensuring seamless project tracking and deadline management across all initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and chase approvals to keep marketing projects moving forward efficiently
  • Create and manage engaging EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) campaigns that connect with target audiences
  • Schedule and monitor social media content across platforms, maintaining a consistent brand presence
  • Keep website content fresh and updated based on team requests and business needs
  • Lead coordination of exciting quarterly company events, from sourcing local suppliers to managing attendee experiences and follow-up communications
  • Monitor paid advertising campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting
  • Compile comprehensive marketing performance reports that track success against company KPIs
  • Present marketing analytics and recommendations to internal marketing teams
  • Provide essential project management support to ensure all marketing initiatives stay on track and deliver results

Requirements

  • Experience with project management platforms (Monday.com experience highly valued)
  • Digital marketing background including social media management and email marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and campaign performance monitoring is a great plus
  • Event coordination experience with attention to detail and logistics management
  • Analytics mindset with reporting and data interpretation capabilities
  • Experience working with international teams and remote collaboration preferred
