Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and project assessments using industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates and cost assessments for projects
• Utilize specialized estimation software to develop accurate project proposals
• Review project specifications and requirements to determine scope and costs
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimate accuracy
• Maintain organized records of estimates and project data
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding project costs and timelines

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as an Estimator or similar role
• Proficiency with estimation and project management software
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
