Property Management Admin Assistant
Overview
Join a dynamic team as a Virtual Administrative Assistant where you will play a pivotal role in streamlining property management operations. This position offers a steady freelance opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to manage essential communications and administrative workflows from the comfort of home.
Schedule:
20 hours per week. Flexible schedule, but requires a 4+ hour overlap with Mountain Time. Preference is Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 3 PM Bozeman, Montana Time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance requests - get details, assign vendor, schedule time, enter invoice
- Review rental applications - check documentation, call references, follow up with applicants on any missing info
- Message with tenants regarding lease updates/renewals.
- Send out requests for digital signatures.
- Other administrative duties
- Communication involves text, emails and phone calls
Requirements
- Experience in virtual admin assistant role
- Detail oriented with good communication skills
- Able to use web-based software platforms
- Proficient in MS Word and Outlook.
