Job Description:

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential personal injury clients seeking legal assistance, making a meaningful impact on people’s lives during difficult times. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your communication skills in a fast-paced environment while working with a proven system. You’ll receive comprehensive training from an experienced agency owner who has successfully trained agents for this exact process, ensuring your success from day one.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm PST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from potential personal injury clients with professionalism and empathy
  • Ask 4 specific qualifying questions following provided scripts with precision
  • Transfer qualified prospects to the second-line legal team seamlessly
  • Maintain strict adherence to established scripts and procedures
  • Handle high-volume calls efficiently with average duration under 90 seconds
  • Work within a streamlined lead generation funnel that drives results
  • Participate in comprehensive training and role-play sessions
  • Contribute to scaling operations as the team grows from 1 to multiple representatives

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and clear, professional speaking voice
  • Customer service background or experience handling phone interactions
  • Ability to follow scripts precisely and consistently without deviation
  • Professional phone manner with empathetic approach to sensitive situations
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional work environment
  • Willingness to participate in hands-on training program with agency owner
  • Bonus if you have experience in legal services, insurance, or high-volume call centers
