Our client is seeking a professional and persuasive Cold Caller to join a Melbourne-based marketing agency. This role focuses on high-quality outreach to warm leads, utilizing tailored scripts to address specific niche pain points. You will be responsible for conducting calls, verifying lead data, and booking consultation appointments for website development, advertising, and SEO services. This is a performance-based role with the potential for expanded hours and additional responsibilities for candidates who deliver consistent results.

The client is a boutique marketing agency specializing in digital growth strategies. They are currently expanding their operations and implementing data-driven outbound strategies to connect with businesses across Australia.

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 2/3:00 PM AEST (30 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Make outbound calls to leads from an Excel spreadsheet; review specific lead data (advertising history, website metrics, and tracking pixels) before each call to ensure a personalized approach.
- Lead Management: Update and maintain a color-coded lead tracking system in Excel to categorize responses (Interested, Warm/Ready, No Answer, Uninterested, Disconnected, etc.).
- Data Verification: Proactively search for and verify contact numbers by checking business websites when information is missing or outdated.
- Appointment Setting: Book consultation appointments for prospects interested in marketing services and coordinate schedules for the agency team.
- Follow-up Coordination: Follow up with prospects at requested times and send professional emails to those requiring additional service information.
Requirements
- Proven track record in cold calling with a demonstrated ability to engage prospects and convert calls into qualified appointments.
- Excellent verbal skills; must be able to deliver scripted content naturally and conversationally without sounding robotic.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing complex lead data and maintaining status indicators.
- High level of resilience and the ability to maintain professional energy throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with clients in the Australian market is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, web development, and PPC advertising is a plus.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
