Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Manage and supervise the existing virtual assistant team with clear performance expectations and accountability.
- Workflow Management: Coordinate daily operations, manage complex workflows, and handle task prioritization across the team.
- Process Optimization: Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and team productivity.
- Performance Coaching: Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development support.
- Liaison & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the VA team and clinical leadership to ensure alignment.
- Growth Support: Streamline administrative processes to support business expansion and maintain patient care quality.
- Training & Onboarding: Develop comprehensive training materials and onboarding procedures for new team members.
- Metric Tracking: Track key performance metrics and report on team effectiveness and operational improvements to leadership.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: Senior-level administrative experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Team Management: Proven skills in supervising remote or virtual teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Organizational Mastery: Strong organizational abilities with a systematic approach to workflow and project management.
- Operations Expertise: Experience coordinating operations in professional service environments.
- Industry Context (Bonus): Previous experience in the healthcare or mental health industries is highly regarded.
- Compliance Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with patient privacy requirements (HIPAA) and healthcare compliance standards.
