Social Media Marketing Specialist (Real Estate)

Job Description:

You’ll take ownership of a complete social media marketing strategy for an established real estate business, creating engaging content that drives leads and builds brand awareness in the competitive Arizona market. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and strategic impact – you’ll have the autonomy to develop compelling campaigns while working with a supportive team that trusts your expertise. You’ll be the driving force behind their digital transformation, helping translate decades of real estate success into modern marketing results.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am - 1 pm Mountain time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Nextdoor platforms
  • Develop engaging posts, captions, graphics, and short video reels highlighting listings and market updates
  • Remove and update outdated content from previous real estate affiliations
  • Respond to social media inquiries and engage with community members to build relationships
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns using direct messages and proven templates
  • Target specific demographics and geographic locations where potential clients originate
  • Create comprehensive content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
  • Generate qualified leads through strategic social media campaigns
  • Provide detailed monthly reports on follower growth, engagement metrics, and lead generation
  • Join and moderate relevant community groups to increase brand visibility and authority

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
  • Experience with Real Estate (Portfolio required)
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Nextdoor platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills and creative content development abilities
  • Understanding of demographic targeting and geographic marketing strategies
  • Proactive, self-directed work style with ability to work independently
  • Bonus if you have experience with real estate marketing
  • It helps if you’re familiar with creating visual content including graphics and short videos
