Job Description
You’ll be the organizational backbone of a thriving legal practice, working directly with experienced counsel to streamline operations and enhance client service. This role offers the perfect blend of administrative mastery and legal industry exposure, with clear pathways for professional growth and expanded responsibilities as the practice continues to scale.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST; 40 hours/week

Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize email communications, including client inquiries and case correspondence
- Locate, organize, and maintain legal documents and case files with precision
- Handle billing processes and track time worked across different client matters
- Manage phone communications and client interactions during business hours
- Draft legal correspondence, agreements, and other documents as needed
- Provide comprehensive administrative support using Microsoft Office suite
- Review communications to extract and organize billable time data
- Support document preparation and case management activities
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling for legal counsel
Requirements
- Must be a Paralegal
- You bring a bachelor’s degree and previous administrative experience, ideally in legal or professional services.
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Office suite and excel at email management and calendar coordination.
- You have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- You thrive working independently in remote environments and have experience with document management systems.
- Bonus if you have basic understanding of legal terminology and procedures, or previous paralegal experience.
