Job Overview
Our client is looking for an Outbound Appointment Setter | AI & Web Services focused on generating qualified leads through outbound phone calls to UK-based service professionals. This is a cold-calling and appointment-setting role for an AI receptionist business that provides automated services, website hosting, and development solutions.
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive documentation, including call scripts and processes. Performance incentives, including commission structures between 5% and 15% of monthly recurring revenue, may be available for successful client acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to UK-based tradespeople, including plumbers, electricians, and local service businesses to generate qualified leads
- Set appointments with potential clients who express interest in AI receptionist services, website hosting, and website development solutions
- Achieve the target of 5-6 appointments per week during part-time schedule, scaling to 10 appointments per week when transitioning to full-time hours
- Manage provided lead lists effectively and maintain accurate records of all calling activities and prospect interactions in designated systems
- Engage in supplementary Facebook group outreach activities to identify and pursue additional lead opportunities within UK-focused business communities
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting with demonstrated ability to conduct 80-120 calls per day when manually dialing
- Previous experience conducting outbound calling campaigns for clients in the United Kingdom, the United States, or Canada with an understanding of international business communication
- Strong phone communication skills with clear, professional spoken English, suitable for engaging UK-based business owners and decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Experience selling technology services, digital solutions, or B2B services to small business owners in trades and service industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Voice or similar dialing platforms, and social media lead generation through Facebook business groups
- Self-directed work approach with the ability to follow provided documentation and scripts while adapting communication style to prospect's needs
