Job Overview
This is a full-time remote sales appointment setting role focused on generating qualified leads for a residential remodeling business. The role requires conducting high-volume outbound calling to residential leads in Southern California to book qualified appointments. The successful candidate will work with a pre-established list of 15,000 fresh residential leads and use an integrated CRM and dialer system. The primary goal is to generate a minimum of two qualified leads per day through effective cold calling and outreach.
Client Overview
The client is a family-owned home remodeling and general contracting business operating in Southern California. The company specializes in residential remodeling projects and has been serving clients for over 20 years, with the current business entity established seven months ago. The client focuses on providing quality construction services in Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time, with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to residential leads in Southern California using the Call Tools dialer system.
- Engage prospects through phone calls, emails, and SMS to introduce the company's home remodeling services.
- Address client questions, concerns, and hesitations while presenting the company's services professionally.
- Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, and location within the target service areas.
- Book qualified appointments directly into the calendar for the sales team to close or perform live transfers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and update the integrated CRM system with all prospect interactions and outcomes.
- Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets to support business growth objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting with demonstrated success in outbound sales.
- Strong verbal communication skills with excellent phone presence and the ability to engage residential prospects.
- Experience working with CRM systems and auto-dialers in a sales environment.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality conversations and professionalism.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the home remodeling, construction, or home services industry.
- Familiarity with Call Tools dialer or similar auto-dialer platforms.
- Experience with residential sales targeting homeowners in California markets.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for broader market reach.
