Job Description
You’ll be the voice that connects eager learners with life-changing educational opportunities. Working with pre-qualified hot leads who have already expressed interest, you’ll guide prospects through their educational journey while achieving meaningful sales targets. This role offers the perfect blend of sales achievement and purposeful work, with clear growth potential as the company expands. You’ll have the tools, leads, and support needed to succeed from day one.

Schedule: 20h per week - Mon-Thursday 9:30am-2:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage with warm leads provided by the company who are actively interested in educational programs
  • Sell educational courses and learning programs to Spanish-speaking prospects across Latin America
  • Achieve daily sales targets of 3 conversions from qualified leads
  • Master approximately 10 different course offerings and adapt quickly as programs change monthly
  • Build genuine rapport with prospects to understand their educational goals and needs
  • Follow up strategically with interested prospects to guide them through the enrollment process
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and sales pipeline progress
  • Participate in monthly product training sessions to stay current on new course offerings


Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker, preferably from Venezuela, Colombia, or Dominican Republic
  • Proven B2C sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products monthly
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Available during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM timeframe)
  • Bonus if you have experience in education industry sales
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
