Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PT, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Organize and manage job workflow processes to ensure efficient project execution across two business locations
- Sort and file photos, documents, and project materials into organized job folders for easy access
- Manage calendars for multiple team members and coordinate scheduling across locations
- Handle email correspondence and determine appropriate delegation, responses, or escalation
- Take incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service or proper routing
- Assist with quoting processes and data entry for accounting functions when needed
- Build and operate within established company systems while identifying improvement opportunities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to reduce workload on business owners
- Coordinate project-related activities and communications between locations
- Help maintain organizational standards that support the company’s service quality goals
Requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with digital filing systems and document management
- Experience with calendar management and email coordination
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, trades, or project-based industries is a plus
- Experience with phone-based customer interactions is a bonus
- Basic numerical skills for quoting and data entry tasks are helpful

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
