US Market Growth Specialist | Local SEO Outbound Sales

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to conduct full-cycle sales through cold calling campaigns. This is a remote, full-time position focused on generating leads and closing deals for local SEO services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in outbound cold calling with a results-driven approach and strong understanding of the local SEO market.

Client Overview

Our client is a growing local SEO company based in Canada that serves clients across the United States market. The company is expanding its outbound sales team to achieve more consistent and scalable results through direct cold calling efforts.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calling campaigns to prospect businesses in the United States market
  • Execute full-cycle sales processes from initial contact through closing deals
  • Qualify leads and set appointments with potential clients interested in local SEO services
  • Maintain consistent daily calling activity and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Report on sales metrics, campaign performance, and pipeline activity

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound cold calling and sales
  • Proven track record in local SEO sales or digital marketing services
  • Experience selling to businesses in the United States market
  • Ability to work full-time hours aligned with Central Standard Time business hours

Qualifications

  • Nice-to-Have: Experience with CRM systems and sales dialers
  • Nice-to-Have: Previous experience working remotely for international clients
  • Nice-to-Have: Background in appointment setting or lead generation roles

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
