Job Overview

You’ll take ownership of this retailer’s Facebook Marketplace presence, directly impacting their sales growth across premium mobile phones, rare Pokemon cards, and jewelry. This role combines social media expertise with e-commerce strategy, where your posting skills will help move high-value inventory and connect customers with sought-after products. You’ll work with cutting-edge smartphone inventory and collectibles that Pokemon enthusiasts actively seek, making every post meaningful and potentially lucrative.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and post compelling product listings across 1-5 Facebook Marketplace accounts for mobile phones, Pokemon cards, and jewelry
  • Generate optimized listing content using ChatGPT templates and provided product images
  • Manage posting rotation schedules (phones one day, Pokemon cards the next, jewelry rotation)
  • Respond to customer inquiries with availability confirmations and store visit directions
  • Check website inventory status to provide accurate product availability information
  • Coordinate multiple Facebook accounts using different image sets to avoid spam detection
  • Facilitate customer conversions by directing prospects to physical store visits or online purchases
  • Maintain consistent daily posting schedule to maximize market coverage and sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Facebook Marketplace posting and account management
  • Ability to use VPN to appear as UK-based user for posting consistency
  • Proficiency with ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content creation
  • Knowledge of mobile phones and smartphone specifications (highly preferred)
  • Excellent written English communication skills for customer interactions
  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work UK business hours
  • Bonus if you have familiarity with Pokemon cards or collectibles market
  • It helps if you have basic e-commerce or retail experience
