Supply Chain & Product Coordinator (Vietnam Operations)

Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Product Coordinator to support communication and coordination with our partner factories in Vietnam.

This role focuses on managing product specifications, packaging details, and order coordination for hardware items such as cabinet knobs and kitchen fittings. No prior experience in manufacturing or sourcing is required, we are seeking someone with strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of organization. Full training will be provided based on our internal processes and business approach.

This is a communication-heavy role requiring frequent interaction via email, phone, WhatsApp, and Zoom with Vietnam-based factories and a US-based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between our team and Vietnam-based factories
  • Communicate daily via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Review and manage product specifications and packaging details
  • Coordinate order processing and track progress from production to shipment
  • Align timelines between factories and the US office
  • Assist in updating product information and documentation
  • Ensure all communication and deliverables are accurate and well-organized
  • Proactively follow up on tasks, updates, and deadlines
  • Identify and escalate issues or inconsistencies when needed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be currently residing in Vietnam
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, especially via email and phone
  • Comfortable handling frequent and structured communication
  • Proficient in basic tools such as email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and Zoom
  • Able to quickly understand and follow structured processes

No prior experience in factory sourcing, manufacturing, or hardware products is required.

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
