E-commerce Channel Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Sales Support Specialist to manage and grow our presence across major online retail platforms — primarily Amazon (Vendor Central / Seller Central), Wayfair (CastleGate / Partner Home), and Home Depot (Supplier Portal) and there will be other E-commerce accounts added in the future. This role is responsible for optimizing product listings, driving sales performance, executing promotional strategies, and maintaining operational excellence across all assigned platforms. In addition, the E-Commerce & Sales Support Specialist will handle the processing and follow-up of sales orders, update and maintenance of e-commerce postings. Assist Sales Directors in managing customer requests and needs.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm PST with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

Key Responsibilities
Amazon
• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central (titles, bullets, A+ Content, backend keywords).
• Monitor and improve organic search rankings using keyword research and SEO best practices.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns (PPC/DSP).
• Manage inventory levels, FBA shipments, and CastleGate logistics to prevent stockouts and overstock.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews, seller feedback, and case management tickets.
• Track sales metrics, ACoS/TACoS, Buy Box performance, and conversion rates, providing regular reports.
• Coordinate with the brand registry team to protect listings from hijackers and unauthorized sellers.

Wayfair
• Maintain and optimize product catalogues on the Wayfair Partner Home portal.
• Manage pricing strategy, promotional events (Way Day, flash sales), and CouponClip programs.
• Oversee CastleGate fulfillment logistics including inbound shipments, inventory health, and fill rates.
• Analyze Wayfair scorecard metrics and collaborate with internal teams to maintain preferred partner status.
• Coordinate product photoshoots and 3D/360° assets to meet Wayfair content requirements.
• Respond to customer service escalations and claims within required SLA windows.

Home Depot
• Manage product onboarding and updates through the Home Depot Supplier Portal (ProXtra / EDI).
• Optimize product detail pages, images, and specs in accordance with Home Depot content standards.
• Coordinate promotional placements, event planning (Spring Black Friday, Holiday), and media buys.
• Monitor in-stock rates, on-time delivery (OTD) performance, and compliance scorecards.
• Collaborate with the Home Depot vendor relations team and respond to account-level requests promptly.
• Analyze sales trends, competitive pricing, and make data-driven recommendations.

Cross-Platform & General
• Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs across all platforms: revenue, units sold, conversion rate, ROAS, and margin.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to align e- commerce priorities.
• Stay current on platform algorithm updates, policy changes, and industry trends.
• Support new product launches with go-to-market plans tailored for each platform.
• Contribute to forecasting and demand planning discussions.

Additional Responsibilities

 •   Corresponding and/or following up with customers via phone or email
 •   Updating, coordinating, and maintaining delivery/shipment schedules for customers
 •   Resolving sales order issues efficiently and in a friendly manner
 •   Managing sales orders while staying connected with appropriate staff to ensure inventory and order accuracy
 •   Inter-office communications with different teams and/or departments daily as needed
 •   Update 3rd party portal systems; Rithum, Bazarrevoice, Commerce Hub, etc., as well as internal systems; NetSuite & QuickBooks with pricing, content and descriptions as needed
 •   Coordinate with accounting on account deductions and assist in processing and review
 •   Additional office administrative functions and duties as may be assigned from time to time

Required Qualifications
• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce accounts on Amazon, Wayfair, or Home Depot.
• Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central; familiarity with AMS/DSP advertising tools.
• Experience with Wayfair Partner Home portal and/or Home Depot Supplier Portal.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and product listing optimization.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data from Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Revenue growth and sales targets by platform.
• Advertising ACoS / ROAS targets.
• Buy Box win rate (Amazon) and conversion rate across listings.
• Inventory fill rate, in-stock rate, and OTD performance (Wayfair / Home Depot).
• Platform scorecard ratings and compliance metrics.
• New product listing speed-to-live and content quality scores.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
