In this role, you will manage the entire customer journey from initial inquiry to ongoing service delivery. You will operate as the business owner’s trusted representative, handling critical customer touchpoints that directly impact business growth. You’ll work closely with a team of professional cleaners while ensuring seamless scheduling and exceptional customer experiences in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

You’ll be instrumental in streamlining operations while maintaining the personal touch that makes this small-town business successful.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Eastern Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to estimate requests and coordinate 20-minute appointment slots within 1-2 days.
  • Manage customer communications via email, operating as the business owner’s representative.
  • Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Schedule recurring cleaning appointments (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) for ongoing clients.
  • Coordinate complex cleaning schedules and respond to schedule changes and requests.
  • Support the complete customer onboarding sequence from initial contact through regular service establishment.
  • Process straightforward payroll by calculating and recording cleaner hours.
  • Handle both one-time cleaning services and recurring client management.
  • Maintain scheduling logistics for a team of 3 professional cleaners.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and experience with scheduling coordination.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities and handling urgent requests that require quick turnaround.
  • Essential experience with email management and basic administrative tasks.
  • Reliable internet and the ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism when acting as a representative of the business owner.

Qualifications

  • Experience with small business operations or service industry scheduling (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Preferred).
  • Proven ability in building rapport with clients (Preferred).
