Our client is seeking a highly professional and service-oriented bilingual Customer Service Representative to support clients in both Spanish and English. This role is primarily focused on delivering exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless client experience across communication channels. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support in both Spanish and English
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues with a solution-focused approach
- Escalate complex matters appropriately while ensuring timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and case resolutions
- Coordinate internally with relevant departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled
- Support scheduling, documentation, and general service-related administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction while managing multiple priorities
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker with strong English proficiency (both written and verbal)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or call center roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions professionally
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Proficient in CRM systems and customer service software
- Professional, patient, and customer-first attitude
Qualifications
- Experience supporting government-related services or compliance-driven environments (Preferred)
- Background in administrative or executive support (Preferred)
