You’ll be the first line of defense in maintaining website health for dozens of client sites, playing a crucial role in ensuring seamless online experiences. This position offers the perfect opportunity to develop your skills in website monitoring and client communication while working with cutting-edge monitoring tools. You’ll help streamline operations by taking on essential support tasks, allowing the development team to focus on complex technical projects.
Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Boston, MA time

Responsibilities
- Monitor website alerts from BlogVault software for plugin updates, site issues, and downtime notifications
- Perform visual comparisons of before/after screenshots to identify legitimate changes versus false alerts
- Conduct quick visual inspections of websites to identify obvious errors such as error codes, white pages, or broken layouts
- Follow up on support tickets that have been awaiting client responses for 3+ days with professional reminder messages
- Manage ticket flow and ensure all support requests progress appropriately through the system
- Verify whether website downtime alerts represent genuine issues or monitoring system malfunctions
- Maintain organized tracking of ticket statuses and client communications
- Escalate technical issues to the development team when necessary
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail for visual comparison and inspection tasks
- Excellent written communication skills for professional client follow-ups
- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating websites and web-based tools
- Ability to work independently and follow established processes consistently
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work
