Client Overview:

A growing estate planning law firm in Atlanta specializing in helping families secure their legacies through comprehensive trust documentation. The firm values output over hours, operates with streamlined processes, and is expanding its remote team to meet increasing client demand.

Role Overview:

You’ll play a crucial role in transforming client dreams into legally sound trust documents that protect families for generations. This isn’t about billable hours—it’s about meaningful output that directly impacts client outcomes. You’ll work with established systems and processes, managing your own schedule while delivering consistent, high-quality legal documentation that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (US Eastern Time). The hours are flexible as long as 20 hours a week are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft comprehensive trust documents using client intake forms and data
  • Transform client information into precise legal language and documentation
  • Contact clients to notify them of document completion and status updates
  • Follow up with clients regarding document progress and requirements
  • Work within established firm systems for efficient document creation
  • Manage output-based deliverables with 5 documents per week target
  • Maintain quality standards while meeting flexible deadlines
  • Collaborate directly with attorneys on complex documentation needs

Requirements:

  • Paralegal training and certification are a plus
  • Proven experience drafting legal documents, particularly trusts and estate planning
  • Background working with law firms or the legal industry
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadline-driven projects
  • Strong attention to detail and legal writing skills
  • Bonus if you have experience with Georgia law and estate planning
  • It helps if you’re familiar with legal document management systems
  • Bonus if you have client communication experience in legal settings
