Scope:

20 hours per week

Tuesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM Garland, TX time

Flexible schedule within business hours

Performance-based bonuses may be available for contributing to closed deals

No direct phone communication with clients required; email-based interactions only
Responsibilities:

Manage client follow-ups via email, including sending and tracking completion of sales and purchase forms

Create and maintain lists of properties matching specific client criteria

Schedule property tours and coordinate with other agents for viewings

Draft simple agreements such as listing agreements (excluding complex legal contracts)
-
Monitor and manage time-sensitive tasks, particularly option period deadlines

Update and maintain client and property databases
-
Assist with document preparation and submission for real estate transactions
Requirements:

Fluency in English; Spanish language skills highly preferred

Excellent written communication skills

Proficiency in using real estate software and databases

Strong organizational and time management abilities
-
Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Basic understanding of real estate processes and terminology
