Client Overview
Priorities:

Edit and Produce a significant amount regularly of compelling short-form and occasionally long-form Videos and Digital Assets (Looping videos/GIFs) for Website and Social Media posts/ads

Compelling videos will:
-
Be incredibly eye-catching and stand out from other videos.
-
Use various techniques to present compelling and persuasive product and company-differentiating benefits.
-
Use brand standards and ensure standards are followed across all videos and assets created
Key Responsibilities:
-
Edit and Produce high-quality, engaging videos and digital assets in coordination with Marketing and Sales Teams.
-
Editing and Production to include trimming, cutting, and arranging footage; adding transitions, music, sound effects, and visual effects; color correcting and grading; and adding text overlays and captions.

Production to include a variety of techniques and approaches
-
Produce short-form videos and digital assets that are a mix of product focus, lifestyle, benefit visualization, product in use, product demos, and higher-end longer form Brand Building Beauty videos from time to time.

Create Videos and Digital Assets for use on websites, landing pages, social media ads, and possibly other internet ad units/spaces.
-
Edit long-form and short-form videos, ensuring all content is optimized for each social media platform.

– Create compelling and visually appealing thumbnails for each video that effectively communicate the content and encourage viewers to click.

Use apps, AI, and other creative video editing techniques, to produce exceptional video content with quick turnaround and tight deadlines.
-
Create storyboards when necessary to help showcase how a video will be “brought to life”.
-
Produce or oversee the production of 3-D Models and Rendered Animation videos.
-
Edit both long-form and short-form content for social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Amazon.

Translate verbal or written instructions into storyboards and then onto GIFS and/or Short Form Videos.
-
Adhere to strict production schedules that allow for multiple projects simultaneously.

Maintain knowledge of and implementation of current marketing trends and video and digital asset creation best practices
Requirements
Requirements & Skills – Technical and Professional:
-
Proven Creativity in the production of high-impact videos and digital assets.
-
Strong creative and technical skills in storytelling, composition and pacing.
-
Proficiency at expert level with all major video and digital asset creation and editing software, tools, and techniques, including – Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects.

Experience using 3-D animation software and other tools.
-
Proven experience in thumbnail creation using Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
-
Experience with 3-D Modeling and Rendering Animation a significant plus … but not absolutely necessary.

Experience using latest AI tools to help streamline and enhance video production

Experience with and ability to create storyboards that help showcase how a video will be “brought to life”.

Detail-oriented, task-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Comfortable in a fast-moving environment.

Self-motivated, self-driven, and focused on continuous improvement.

Able to manage and coordinate multiple moving parts.

Fluent in English. Able to work with team in US Central Time Zone.
