As a Telesales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of business growth, connecting with industry leaders in architecture, design, and luxury home sectors. This role goes beyond traditional sales – you’ll be an ambassador for a prestigious brand, building relationships with high-profile professionals. You’ll have the exciting challenge of introducing our premium offerings to a database of 30,000 industry experts, playing a crucial role in expanding our reach and influence. This position offers a unique blend of sales expertise and passion for luxury design, with significant potential for personal and professional growth.
- Engage with a diverse range of industry professionals, from renowned architects to influential interior designers
- Articulate the value of our premium offerings through compelling phone conversations
- Execute a strategic follow-up process using email and text messages to nurture leads
- Close high-value deals within a dynamic one-week cycle, contributing directly to company growth
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities using cutting-edge CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed ambitious weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide valuable insights to refine sales processes and enhance pitch strategies
- Stay informed about trends in architecture, design, and luxury markets to enrich client interactions
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with high-profile clients
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in luxury or B2B sectors
- Flexibility to align with New Zealand business hours
- Strong closing skills and a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tracking tools
- Resilient and positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic understanding or keen interest in architecture, design, or related luxury fields
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a global team
