Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential property sellers using provided lead lists

Identify homeowners interested in selling their properties quickly

Explain the company’s home-buying process and benefits to potential sellers

Set appointments for the investment team to meet with interested homeowners

Update the CRM system with contact information and call outcomes

Achieve daily and weekly call targets and appointment-setting goals

Handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)

Previous experience in cold calling or telesales, preferably in real estate

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency in using CRM systems and dialer software

Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with homeowners in various situations

Resilience and persistence in handling rejection

Basic understanding of the real estate market and property investment concepts
Scope:
-
Work remotely, adhering to Los Angeles business hours
-
Position with the potential for additional hours based on performance
-
Monday to Friday 4 hours per day, around 9 AM to 1 PM Los Angeles, California, USA time

Participate in regular team meetings and performance reviews

Continuously improve skills through provided training and feedback
