Systems Support Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic Systems Support Specialist to work closely with select members of our leadership team to support the implementation of projects aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of our tools and processes. As the needs of our company evolve, this role will offer the opportunity to contribute across a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and motivated to explore new challenges, with a strong general aptitude for technology and a focus on high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of new tools and processes to drive innovation.
- Assist in optimizing UX/UI for digital workflows, as needed.
- Evaluate the compatibility of new and existing processes to ensure smooth adoption.
- Test systems functionality and report on results.
- Write technical documentation and contribute to quality assurance efforts.
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to meet business needs.
- Analyze datasets and assist with reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Perform other related activities as assigned, depending on skills and expertise.
Qualification Requirements
- Strong interest and aptitude in learning new tools and processes quickly.
- Flexible and positive attitude toward continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with relational databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, SQL).
Additional Assets (Optional, Not Required)
- Experience with Quickbase, Salesforce, or other CRM/data management software.
- Post-secondary education related to mathematics, statistics, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
