Job Description: Client Intake Specialist
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring they have a smooth and professional experience as they engage with our services. You will handle inquiries, gather necessary client information, and maintain accurate records in our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for potential clients, answering phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Gather client details and input them into our CRM or database system accurately.
- Schedule consultations and follow up with clients to ensure all required documents are received.
- Explain services and processes clearly in both English and Spanish.
- Work closely with the team to coordinate client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in client intake, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
