Scope:

Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM Lauderhill, FL Time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Manage all aspects of social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement

Handle website updates and maintenance, ensuring all product listings are current and accurate

Organize and prioritize administrative tasks to support smooth business operations

Collaborate with the business owner to align marketing efforts with overall brand strategy

Monitor and report on social media and marketing performance metrics
Responsibilities:

Manage and create content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

Handle email marketing campaigns

Update and maintain the e-commerce website, including adding/removing products and writing product descriptions

Organize and respond to customer emails and inquiries
-
Perform general administrative tasks such as research and data organization

Assist with technical aspects of website management

Create and edit video content for social media platforms
Requirements:

Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
-
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics

Experience with e-commerce platforms and website management
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
