Responsibilities:

Create and manage social media content across various platforms for multiple brands

Design visuals and graphics for social media posts using provided content and direction

Write engaging captions for social media posts

Schedule and publish social media content

Manage email communications and respond to client inquiries

Organize and maintain the client’s calendar, scheduling 1-2 calls per day (via email)

Coordinate work intake, delivery processes, and client communications
-
Assist with sales and marketing deliverables
Requirements:

Proficiency in social media management and content creation

Strong graphic design skills, particularly with tools like Canva
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
High level of organization and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Familiarity with project management and administrative tasks

Experience with email management and calendar organization

Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes
Scope:
-
Manage social media accounts for approximately three different brands/clients
-
Handle 10-15 emails daily
-
Organize and schedule 1-2 calls per day (done via email)

Create and publish regular social media content
-
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
-
Work part-time, minimum 20 hours per week

Flexible schedule during 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific time

Collaborate directly with the client to understand brand voice and content direction
