Job Highlights:

- 40 hours per week/8 hours a day
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive assistant with prior experience in virtual assistant roles and a strong understanding of tools such as Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and other productivity software. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and be able to manage tasks independently.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
- Input inventory into Vendoo and list items on platforms such as eBay, Poshmark, and Vestiaire.
- Create compelling titles and descriptions for products using tools like Google Lens.
- Maintain and regularly update inventory in a shared Google Sheet.
2. Administrative Support:
- Make phone calls as needed to assist with tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, or customer inquiries.
- Manage QuickBooks categorization and ensure timely updates of financial records.
- Oversee personal and family calendar management, scheduling appointments, and reminders.
3. Marketing & Social Media:
- Develop and implement Instagram SEO strategies to improve visibility and engagement.
- Assist in creating content strategies for the boutique’s Instagram accounts, including the vintage-focused @lussobylisaboutique.
4. Client & Shipping Management:
- Organize and maintain customer data from Pirate Ship and Instagram DM history into Excel or CSV files.
- Handle customer address, email, and phone number collection efficiently for mailing purposes.
5. Event Preparation & Support:
- Help organize and prepare for vintage pop-ups and other events, including inventory prep and logistics coordination.
Job Requirements:
- Prior and proven experience as a social media manager is required.
- With experience in managing clients globally.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs) is essential.
- Must be able to make phone calls confidently and professionally.
- A self-starter who can identify priorities and complete tasks independently without constant supervision.
- Comfortable learning and navigating new tools and platforms related to inventory, scheduling, and marketing.
